Every payment on Activezoon Digital Services — whether for a project or a service — is held in escrow until the client approves the work. Neither side is ever fully exposed.
Money moves into Activezoon Escrow, not directly to the freelancer.
The freelancer completes the milestone and submits it for review.
The client checks the delivery and approves, or requests changes.
Once approved, the freelancer's share is released to their wallet immediately.
If a client isn't satisfied, they can request changes before approving, or raise a dispute if the two sides can't agree. Activezoon's team reviews disputed milestones and decides on a fair resolution — the money stays safely in escrow the entire time this is being sorted out.
